Welcome to TeamGrow CRM, a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software owned and operated by Brickvision Equipment Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing or using TeamGrow CRM, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing, or using TeamGrow CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

TeamGrow CRM provides business management solutions including:

Lead Management
Customer Management
Follow-up Management
Quotation Management
Sales Tracking
Employee Management
Reports & Dashboard
Document Storage
Notifications
Additional CRM features introduced from time to time.

3. User Account

Users agree to:

Provide accurate registration information.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Immediately notify unauthorized account access.
Remain responsible for all activities under their account.

4. Subscription Plans

Certain features require an active paid subscription.
Subscription pricing is displayed on the Pricing page.
Premium access depends on successful payment.
Failure to renew may suspend premium services.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise specified.
Applicable GST and taxes may be charged separately.

6. Free Trial

Free trials, when offered, are solely for evaluation purposes. TeamGrow CRM reserves the right to modify or discontinue any trial without prior notice.

7. User Responsibilities

Users shall not:

Upload malicious software or viruses.
Attempt unauthorized system access.
Reverse engineer the software.
Copy, reproduce or resell TeamGrow CRM.
Use the platform for unlawful activities.
Interfere with platform security or performance.

8. Data Ownership

All business data entered into TeamGrow CRM remains the property of the customer. TeamGrow CRM does not claim ownership of customer data.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, source code, logos, graphics, website content and documentation belong to Brickvision Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

10. Availability of Service

While we strive for uninterrupted service, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet outages or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

TeamGrow CRM shall not be liable for:

Business losses
Loss of profits
Customer data loss due to user negligence
Internet connectivity issues
Third-party service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the customer during the applicable billing period.

12. Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:

These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activities are detected.
Illegal platform usage occurs.
Subscription payments remain unpaid.

13. Software Updates

TeamGrow CRM may release updates, security patches, improvements, bug fixes and new features without prior notice.

14. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with:

Payment Gateways
WhatsApp Services
SMS Providers
Email Providers
Cloud Storage Providers

Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of TeamGrow CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

17. Changes to Terms

Brickvision Equipment Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of TeamGrow CRM constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
